Do Jeans Have a Place in a Vieja's Closet?

For me (Corina) a pair of jeans have never been a big part of my wardrobe since I have never found the perfect style for me. What I do love, own, and wear all the time; is the jean jacket. It has always been one of my closet staples. Regardless of style, length, cut or shade of blue it makes any outfit look good. I can wear a jean jacket anytime, anywhere and with anything. It is my go to layering piece all year long for work or fun.

I; in turn (Ana), still feel a pair of jeans are a big part of my casual dressing. However, I struggled recently with upping my jean's size until my sister commented: "Its not about the size anymore. It's about the fit. Do they fit? Are they flattering? and do you feel fabulous? So I followed her advice. By choosing a pair of low raise, thigh hugging-boot cut; I found my new perfect fit.
